What date should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP through our website by May 1st.
Is there a dress code?
The dress code for the wedding is summer cocktail attire. We suggest that men wear a suit or dress shirt with a tie and women wear a dress or dressy separates. The dress code for the welcome picnic lunch on Friday is casual.
Will there be parking available at the wedding venue?
There is public parking near Barndiva, but it is limited. We recommend you plan to arrive early if you need to park. If you are staying at the Holiday Inn Express Santa Rosa North, our shuttle company, Pure Luxury, will depart Barndiva at 4:15pm so please be ready by 4pm. Other hotels may offer a shuttle around downtown Healdsburg, so please check with them for details.
Will the wedding be outside?
The ceremony and dinner will be outside. It will likely be warm during the day and cooler in the evening.
Are children allowed at the wedding?
We kindly ask that your children do not attend the ceremony or reception, but they are welcome to attend the picnic lunch on Friday.
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We kindly ask that there are no phones or cameras during our wedding ceremony to allow our professional photographer to capture the best possible shots. We also want you to be fully present with us during our ceremony!
What are the meal options?
You will choose an entrée from a selection of local, farm-to-table offerings during dinner. Please let us know whether you have any dietary requirements when you RSVP so we can let the chef know and accommodate your needs.
